此設備主要包括自動頂升機構、切換疊料機構、橫移模組、自動取料手臂機構組成.

The equipment mainly consists of automatic lifting mechanism, switching stacking mechanism, traverse module and automatic reclaiming arm mechanism.

1）自動頂升機構由同步輪、同步帶、滾珠絲桿、直線軸承、電機驅動機構以及上下止點感應裝置、有料檢測裝置組成.

The automatic lifting mechanism is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, ball screw, linear bearing, motor driving mechanism, upper and lower dead center induction device and material detection device;

2）切換疊料機構由托盤機構、薄膜疊料定位機構、治具板氣缸夾緊機構以及疊料到位檢測裝置組成.

The switching stacking mechanism is composed of a tray mechanism, a film stacking positioning mechanism, a fixture plate cylinder clamping mechanism, and a stacking in-position detection device.

3）橫移模組由同步輪、同步帶、直線導軌、導桿、聯軸器以及伺服電機機構組成設計.

The traverse module is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, linear guide rail, guide rod, coupling and servo motor mechanism.

4）自動取料手臂機構以橫移模組為基座，由型材手臂、三軸氣缸、電磁閥控制以及自動吸料機構模塊組成.
